The Ms Program Provides Graduate Level Study In The Science Of Nutrition. Students Build Upon The Basicsciences And Nutrition Research To Develop "cutting-edge" Knowledge Of Nutrient Function, Nutrient Impact On Themechanisms Of Disease, And Current Methods For Nutrition Intervention To Prevent And/or Ameliorate Disease Inthe Clinical And Community Setting. The Program Can Be Taken By Students Prior To, Or Following Doctoralprograms Or Professional Study In The Health Sciences.
